The main floor offers a spacious family living area, a gourmet kitchen & dining area, screened porch, large deck, a bedroom with King bed, full bath & laundry room with full size washer, dryer & sink. The open floor plan between the kitchen, dining and living areas offers a large social area where no one feels left out, whether relaxing in front of the television or preparing a family meal in the kitchen. The kitchen is complete with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including a separate ice maker & island cook top. The screen porch & deck are just off the kitchen. The second floor offers three bedrooms & three full baths. The attached bath offers double sinks, separate sauna shower & oversized tub & private water closet. The second bedroom offers a King bed & private full bath. The third bedroom provides full bunk beds & a private full bath.

The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.
