The modern apartment "Elite Luxury Residence 2" is located in a brand new residence with swimming pool and close to the beach. The small town of Torre Suda is the ideal starting point for a vacation by the sea and exploring the south of Italy. The 60 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a TV and a shared washing machine.

In the shared outdoor area there is a swimming pool, an outdoor shower and a covered terrace. Here you can sunbathe on the loungers, read a book under the umbrellas or swim a few laps in the pool.

Within 10-15 minutes walk you can reach a good selection of restaurants and cafes with sea view, as well as a supermarket (900 m-1.2 km). The beautiful Spiaggia del Mare dei Cavalli beach is a 20-minute walk or 4-minute drive (1.9 km) away. In the center of Torre Suda is the port, Puglia's largest coastal garden, with crystal clear waters and densely populated with yachts, especially in summer.
