Nestled in a residential neighborhood, this spacious home features a unique layout with 3 bedrooms in the main house and a separate 4th bedroom annex conveniently located by the garage - ideal for anyone who needs an extra bit of privacy or independence. As you step onto the property, a delightful pool beckons, surrounded by a generous verandah that hosts a bar, dining table, and a cozy lounge area - creating an idyllic setting for both daytime relaxation and evening entertainment.
The ground floor of the villa presents an open and airy ambiance, with a contemporary kitchen that is well-equipped for culinary enthusiasts. Adjacent to the kitchen, a separate formal dining area awaits, providing an elegant space for enjoying meals. The living area complements the setting, offering a comfortable retreat for socializing and relaxation. Good to know: While the bedrooms will have air-conditioning, the living areas do not
Venturing upstairs, discover three bedrooms, each boasting en suite bathrooms, thoughtfully decorated and kept cool by air-conditioning. The master bedroom, overlooking the inviting pool, features a walk-in closet, adding a touch of luxury to your stay.
As a thoughtful touch, complimentary housekeeping is provided five days a week, ensuring that your stay remains carefree and enjoyable. A cook can also be booked separately through our team should you wish to really relax and not lift a finger. There is some ongoing construction happening at the very end of the cul de sac and opposite where Coral House is located and various trucks / equipment will be driving by which may create intermittent noise.

The Coral House was so much more than we expected. This beautiful place was spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable. But our favorite part was the outdoor area with the pool, which was perfect for our family. The location was great as we could easily walk to good restaurants and the beach, yet it was private and not in the middle of any hustle and bustle. I would highly recommend The Coral House!

Coral House is a lovely, beautifully maintained and comfortable home. Amenities are wonderful, beds and linens comfortable. A/C in all the bedrooms. Modern bathrooms. The outdoor area and pool are the best! Huge yard with beautiful, lush trees. Great outdoor furniture and lounge chairs with towels. We ate all of our meals outside and spent our evenings on the covered lanai...perfect! The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The house is within short walking distance to Gibbes beach and a few restaurants. Highly recommend Sea Shed for it's great food and amazing ambiance! Sheena, our housekeeper was so sweet and professional! The ONLY issue with this property is that there is a school being built just behind the property line. The noise wasn't horrible, but there are a lot of heavy vehicles coming in and out starting early in the morning. Needless to say, we still had a fabulous vacation at Coral House!

The villa itself was beautiful - very well stocked, as described and very comfortable . However before you book it is worth asking if the local building work has finished. At the end of the beautiful garden was a site where digging and construction trucks were operating all day (not on a Sunday) which did ruin the ambience slightly. We were only told about this after we had paid the full amount.
