Welcome to this great villa for 8 people, with private pool on the outskirts of Alcúdia.
Surrounded by nature and lush greenery in every corner, the outdoor areas of this property invite you to relax. Start each morning with a Mediterranean breakfast to recharge your batteries before spending a long morning sunbathing on the lawn or the loungers and swimming in the private chlorine pool, measuring 8 x 4 metres and ranging from 0.9 to 1.9 metres in depth. The porch is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious barbecue. For added convenience, there is also an outdoor bathroom with a shower. The plot is fully fenced and offers complete privacy.
The interior is arranged over two floors and welcomes you into a rustic-style living and dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and all the utensils you need to cook comfortably. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, as well as a full bathroom with a shower. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. Upstairs, you will find a lounge where you can watch the Smart TV or listen to music, along with two further bedrooms: one with two single beds and another with a double bed. A full bathroom with a shower serves this floor. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a wardrobe where you can store your belongings. In addition, if you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.
The location of this house is perfect if you love the countryside, the nature, the peace and the sea at the same time, since this is located just 6 km from the town of Alcudia and 6 km from Puerto de Alcudia. The coastal area offers all kinds of services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, etc. Alcanada, about 10.2 km away, boasts one of the best golf courses in the island.

We were 8 guys. We spent a very nice week here. We had everything to fell good. I recommend this house to who would like to relax and be quiet in a beautiful space. The piscine is amazing and they give us also some sun umbrella for the beach. If we came back to Palma we would rebook this house certainly

Wir waren mit 7 Freunden in der Finca. Es hat alles gepasst. Tolle Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, sauber! Gepflegter Rasen und ein toller Pool.
Wir können die Finca nur empfehlen.
Eine Katze mit ihrem Baby hat sich die Finca als Futterstelle ausgesucht. Die Katze ist total verschmust und lieb und hat uns in keiner Weise gestört. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
No gustó · Uns wurde ein Handtuchwechsel in der Mitte der Woche angekündigt. Dieser ist leider nicht erfolgt.

Grundsätzlich hat uns das Haus sehr gut gefallen, vor allem die Ruhe und die gute Lage.
Wir brauchten 4 Schlafzimmer als 8-köpfige Familie (4 Paare). 3 Bäder sind vorhanden!
Zum Kochen hat die Küche eine gute Ausstattung, auch ein Grillabend ist möglich. Auf die Terrasse grüßt die Sonne bereits in den Morgenstunden…
Der Swimmingpool hat Spaß gemacht, das Tischtennis und das Schachspiel haben uns eine Freude gemacht.
Pedro kümmert sich um das Haus und um die Gäste, uns gegenüber war er sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend (Kommunikation auf Spanisch!)
No gustó · Zwei Schlafzimmer haben 2 Einzebetten, was an sich kein Problem ist.
Für kalte Nächte wären ein paar Wolldecken sinnvoll, allerdings sind die Schlafzimmer mit elektrischen Heizungskörpern ausgestattet!
