The upstairs bedroom has a stair case, it really needs a hand rail. I would like to mention that it can be noisy late at night because it is located on a busy street.Over all David is the most attentive person and is so knowledgeable about Palermo. My sister and Friend and I would definitely stay there again. Close to all the sites.

Very nice apt and location. Apt looks newly renovated. Very nice area.
Only negative is the building front door looks old and beaten up.

Beautiful property, nice decor, right next to the Cathedral. Nice balcony views. It was walkable to everything we wanted to see in the city. There’s a pastry/coffee shop right under the property.
This was the first place in Sicily that we’ve stayed that has had a bathtub, so that was nice. Also, maybe because this was the first big city that we had stayed in during our visit, but it was nice to be somewhere where we could drink the tap water, flush the toilet paper, and we had hot water AND A DISHWASHER in the kitchen, so that was nice (none of these were true at the previous two places we had stayed in Erice or Sciacca).
The host was friendly and informative, but communication trailed off after checkin, so hopefully everything was reasonably as they expected when we checked out, which was almost a day early due to some flight issues.
