This lovely 28m², 2-star, air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment is located in Building J, in the Les Rives de la Favière residence, close to the beaches and shops. You'll appreciate its tasteful decor and amenities: microwave, large refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, vitro hob in the kitchen, outdoor wine cellar, mini oven, electric awning and transparent windbreak. The living room features a loggia sofa bed that sleeps two (80 x 200 cm). The bedroom has two single beds (80 x 190 cm) and a wardrobe for storage. The bathroom has been renovated with a washing machine. You can enjoy the shared pool and direct access to La Favière beach. The pool is open from mid-June to mid-September. Private parking is available at the bottom of building 449. Ideal for a family vacation without having to move your car. Pets are not allowed. Cleaning fee included in the rate (unless booked by the night). Linens not included. Wi-Fi.
