Bring your favorite movies as for evening indoor entertainment there is a flat screen TV with Comcast cable, a Blu-ray / DVD player and free WIFI. The kitchen features granite tile countertops and black appliances and is fully stocked so you can enjoy in-house dining. The washer/dryer laundry area is just off the kitchen for your convenience.

1302 Pelican Watch accommodates up to 4 guests with a king size ensuite primary bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area. A second full bath is located in the hallway with a stall shower.

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.
