Indoor & outdoor kitchens & tvs; horseshoe pit & other outdoor games.
No pets allowed as we have livestock guardian dogs on duty that could put your pets in danger.

Very nice, our host was great and loved the way it is so private and secure. A little warm during the day because of full sun , but we were out and about most days. Comfortable bed and many options for outdoor activities.

Melanie, Aaron and their kids are great. This is wonderful, secluded property. I can't say enough good things. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend staying here.

We were in the area to raft the Ocoee and wanted a private getaway to relax as a family when not on the river. Being outside of Chattanooga but far enough from the packs of bros partying closer to the river, this property was perfectly located for what we wanted.
Everything about the listing was as advertised - perfectly spacious for our family with lots of extras. Don’t let the rv aspect trick you; this space is a lot nicer and includes more amenities than most homes we have rented for long weekends. The hosts were extremely nice and accommodating. I highly recommend!
