Located just minutes from Big Bear Lake, Snow Summit, and Bear Mountain, you’ll be close to year-round outdoor adventures—whether it’s skiing, hiking, boating, or simply relaxing by the fire.

Spacious & Private: 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a fully fenced yard—great for families and pets.
Ample Parking: Room for 4 vehicles in the driveway, plus space for a boat or RV.
Mountain Comfort: Cozy up by the natural stone wood-burning fireplace after a day on the slopes or lake.
Fully Equipped: Linens, towels, microwave, stove (oven is not provided)refrigerator, and a BBQ grill are provided for your convenience.

No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house.
The use, possession, or consumption of marijuana or any other drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
Enforcement & Penalties
If we find evidence of smoking inside, drug or marijuana use, or vaping, we reserve the right to:
Immediately terminate your stay with no refund,
Charge a cleaning and remediation fee and deduct any damages,
Require immediate departure of all guests.
By booking, you confirm your agreement to these rules.
Home rules to follow:
• No disturbing neighbors or workers.
• No parties, gatherings, or loud music.
• No smoking anywhere on property
Please note that violation of our home rules may result in the cancellation of your stay
PETS Rules:
- Two pets allowed per stay
• Prohibited pets urination and defecation in the cabin, if it is happened we will apply additional fee for professional deep cleaning
• Please clean outside of the property after your pets.
• Prohibited wash pets in the property bath or sinks.
• Prohibited to use any towels, blankets or linens for pets from property Guests must bring your own supplies for pets, everything you may need.
• Prohibited leave your pets unattended in the property.
• Barking or other animal noise may result in noise complaints.

Great place to get away for the weekend

The property was perfect for me and my family. There were 6 adults and a child and we fit comfortably. The yard was the best part of the house! Plenty of space to play in the snow, which is the whole reason we came. The bedrooms are quite tiny, but we spent most of our time around the fireplace or in the snow. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need (expect pans) so I don’t know why the listing said otherwise. There were plenty of dishes to use. Overall, the house could use some upgrades and therefore seemed a little pricey. I do understand it’s winter and the rates go up, but it was still a little pricey. Great weekend with the family and I would stay here again.

My sister and i came up here for the weekend. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the village/town, but not too far away. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The house has a great enclosed front yard if you have a dog. The cabin could use some deep cleaning and upgrades, but overall would recommend. Check in and out was an easy process, Kristina was very responsive to all my questions before arrival.
