Beautiful beach villa. Would stay again. Many advantages to being the end-unit, e.g., porch on main floor walks out to cart path/beach walk, you have views from windows on that side, more private with respect to ingress/egress. Many wonderful aspects to this particular villa. Sizeable laundry room for dealing with beach towels, etc. Solid appliances. Verandas and main living space have wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean. Master Suite encompasses entire 3rd floor. Ceramic tiled bathrooms with glassed walls. Three bathrooms for the three bedrooms on the ground floor. Walkable/runnable area. Garage for one set of wheels, gravel lot for another. Etc.

My sister, her adult children and I enjoyed this condo. The access to Beach and pool were great. The space gave us the space we needed. We enjoyed the view greatly. We did find a couple of things that needed attention: rattling vent hood, lots of outlets did not work and vacuum completely jammed with dirt. Also, need curtains in the bedroom with twin beds - we hung a sheet up b/c we could see in a night. These are minors items - the place as a whole was good and was exactly what we needed.

The property manager was very attentive and nice, however I feel this particular property could use some updating as well as deep cleaning. There were stains on rug, light hanging from den ceiling, just not as clean as would be expected. Also, we have vacationed at AI for over 40 years. Once again, it’s become very evident that home owners in Windsong are not welcoming to renters in their area. Making comments, we don’t let it stop us, but it’s ridiculous. We do nothing to bother them, they want Windsong to be an exclusive property in AI. Those that have property such as this as an investment/rental should be aware and come to some sort of agreement that owners should not harass families coming in to rent for the week for a vacation.
