Just like in *The Great Gatsby*, come and experience a true haven in the heart of a 1920s building, complete with all modern comforts. On the third floor (no lift), the flat has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated. You’ll find it hard to believe you’re right in the centre of Nantes!

This very light and airy flat features a living area with an open-plan, fitted and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, etc.).
The lounge area features a large corner sofa (which converts into a 140x200 bed), a television and Wi-Fi.
The large bedroom has a double bed (160×200), a desk, a chest of drawers and a clothes rack.
The bathroom has a large shower and a macerator toilet.

For your convenience, we provide a washing machine, a clothes horse, an iron and an ironing board.

Self-check-in via a key box located in a launderette near the accommodation is possible between 4 pm and 9 pm. For any arrival outside these times, a surcharge will apply and the keys will be handed to you in person.

The Cocoonr Agency
The ‘Le Gatsby’ property is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team who will show you round the flat, explain how everything works and hand over the keys.
High-quality bed linen, towels, rugs and tea towels are provided, and the bed will be made up on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we’ll provide you with a few Nespresso coffee capsules and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.

Neighbourhood and transport
All the shops you need are in the neighbourhood, including one of the best bakeries in Nantes!
Located a 10-minute walk from the city centre and the tram, and a 15-minute walk from Les Machines de l’Île, it’s the ideal place to stay in Nantes. The icing on the cake is that there’s a really lovely theatre on Rue du Gatsby!
