A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
This home is marketed as a 4-bedroom, but it sleeps like 5 bedrooms with the bonus room.
The pool opens from Memorial Weekend to Labor Day Weekend. Last year the board extended the pool opening a few weeks. So please ask if you are curious about the pool closure.
The home just went through an exterior renovation that is now complete.
This home features three bedrooms with queen-sized beds and one bedroom with two bunk beds. There is also a queen bed in the bonus room. The living area is large and open to the kitchen, dining room, and back patio - perfect for large gatherings!
There are a full-size washer and dryer, laundry supplies, extra linens, and we do our best to keep the house stocked with extra paper products and toiletries for your use.
Enjoy the private hot tub and patio or visit the common pool and hot tub. Located right next to Big Horn Park, Gore Creek, and a large playground.
The Community Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and is only 30 yards out the front door.
This home is very child-friendly, with a pack 'n play, and a toddler bed. The bonus room is stocked with toys and a child-sized table and chairs.
Don't have kids? No problem, everything is stored away so you would never know!
***Our calendar is always updated. If it shows that it is available, it is.
***Sorry, no long-term rentals during the ski season. If you wish to book more than 2 weeks in the winter, please send us a message prior to booking.
Short Term Registration number STL003214 and business license number 008402

Somewhat dated and worn. Kitchen was very well supplied. Convenient location. Overall served our needs. Matt was very responsive.

The host Matt was very helpful and made himself available if we needed anything. The house is in a great location on the east vail bus route and is ideal for a winter getaway!

There was no toilet paper and no garbage bags when we arrived. We received an apology but no solution.
