Please note, the terrain is rough and the driveway is narrow and steep, with a tight-circumference loop at the top of the drive. Motor homes, vehicles with trailers, and some oversized vehicles will need to make alternate parking arrangements.

Additionally, please be advised the owner may periodically stay on the lower adjacent section of the property, which maintains a separate driveway, camper, and shed -- in a location well below the house, a moderate distance away.
