This spacious single-level home boasts 2,600 square feet of living space, featuring five bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The open floor plan is filled with natural light and designed for relaxation and connection.
Living Spaces:
The inviting living room offers a queen sofa sleeper sectional, stylish accent chairs, and a massive 75” Smart TV. While the fireplace is decorative, the sliding glass patio doors provide seamless access to your private outdoor oasis.
Kitchen & Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a large island with bench seating for casual meals or gatherings. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats eight, making it perfect for family meals or game nights.

Master Suite: King bed, 58” Smart TV, private patio access, and exclusive outdoor shower. The en suite features a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

The pictures understate the property. The pool and backyard were huge and we had 2 groups. The first was 6 adults and 3 children under 5. The second group was 8 adults. The place was huge with special mention of the kitchen and island. The storage places for food and beverages were outstanding. A lot of plates and silverware.the beds were very good. Our only concern going in was only 2 bathrooms for our group but the outside shower really alleviated some of the pressure. The location provided good access to the highway system. We wanted an outdoor TV to watch college basketball over the 10 days and it met our needs. There is a great Safeway and wal-mart super center within 5 minutes. Would definitely stay there again.

this property was meticulously maintained and stocked extremely well. The kitchen had everything you need for a crowd as well as spices and such.Very impressive and will definitely use your property again.

The property was very welcoming, well equipped and clean. POOL ISSUE. The pool was beautiful BUT too cold to enjoy even though we added the heat feature . We had excellent weather (90 degrees). As it was just my husband and I, our main goal was to enjoy the POOL and relax. The pool was SET to 80 degrees PERIOD (competitive swimming temp is 78-80 degrees). We messaged and spoke with the team every day, including customer care and maintenance. Promises were made to send someone out several times. No one showed up. The system is remotely operated so they definitely could have accommodated our request for 83 degrees. The team was polite but scripted. They did not DO anything to remedy this small request. We managed to get in the pool once a day but had to keep moving to stay warm. Leisure swimming and floating requires a min. 83 - 86 degrees. (Industry Standard.) This experience was very unfortunate as the pool was an important factor in this property choice. Sadly, we won't be going back unless changes were made to the pool heat set point (IN WRITING). We have stayed in many properties in the Jan to March timeframe in Phoenix and area and always book great pools! Our experience is that the owners or host is always happy to provide 83 - 86 degrees water temp. This was a huge disappointment for us. We would have ranked this property higher as it has the potential to be a winner IF they raise the water heat set point. Hope that helps all pool lovers!
