Eric is great. He took care of everyone and had the place in excellent condition. He answed any questions or concerns on the first call. I recommend his properties.

Great place.

The house was very clean and the location is excellent. However, there were 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels provided. No hand soap, dish soap, or hand towels were available. The towels were thin and worn, and there was no top sheet available on the beds, only a thin comforter. There was a Keureg machine for coffee but no pods. For these reasons I had to spend time at Publix to buy essential items for the stay.
