Age and Booking Requirement Policy: This property does not allow local residents within 40 miles radius, groups under 21 years of age, events, parties (bachelor/bachelorette groups are allowed), photo shoots or gatherings of any kind.
Inventory is taken prior to your arrival and after check out, if anything is missing this will result in a loss of security deposit.
Please treat the space with respect.
Please, do not flush any feminine menstruation products, condoms, baby wipes or any other obstructing item in the toilet. Trash cans are provided in the bathrooms

EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check-in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4 pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us about our EXPRESS CHECK-IN options.
LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11 am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for that listing`s base nightly rate without discounts. It is $50 for a noon checkout.
If we receive any violations (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.), you will be charged with a $500 fine. Quiet hours start at 10pm on weeknights, and 11pm on weekends.
SMOKING - This is a non-smoking property. This includes vapes/e-cigarettes. Breaking this rule will result in a $200 fine and potentially the additional cost that is incurred by losing the next guest’s reservation because we cannot eliminate the odor in time for the next booking.
PARTIES - The area enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its guests. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200.
PETS - No pets (a violation of this rule will incur a fee of $200 per day per pet!)
CLEANING - Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $200.
EXTRA TOWELS/LINENS - Please understand and accept that our housekeeping crew needs to cover a great number of units per day and within a short window of time. To accommodate the busy schedules, they often need to leave the CLEAN towels drying in the dryer as they move on. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer.
KEY: If the key is not returned and/or damaged, the cost is $75 to replace the key.
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests. We will not hesitate to terminate your stay at our discretion if you continue to harass/verbally abuse our staff.

The casita was perfect for our family. It’s located in a quite neighborhood with a grocery store that’s walking distance. Gabriela is a great host and had good communication.

Hands down - the best stay ever. I travel for work and personal business often and this rental is the one all should be measured against. From renting online, to checking in, to leaving it was so easy I astonished.
We drove our vehicle for a weekend stay and were so pleasantly surprised by the casita. It had great parking - IN MIAMI! Right off that bat, 5 stars for that. Once checked we were so pleased with the cleanliness, decor, facilities, and the light coming into the space. Beautiful sunshine and great air conditioning made the space so comfy. The bed was just to my liking and I slept great, allowing us to have a long day of exploring Miami - Vizcaya, South Beach, Bal Harbor, and evenings in Calle Ocho. The location was a close drive (no more than 2-4 minutes) to Little Havana making it very convenient for great breakfasts at Versailles and La Caretta and dinners at Old's, El Santo, and Habana Vieja.
Getting back from South Beach was very quick on the weekends and it felt like our quiet little oasis in the center of everythign we wanted to see and experience. I can't wait to come to Miami again and this rental is going to be my "Go-to" in the future for certain.

I stayed several days and enjoyed the place. It includes a private backyard, a kitchen, sofa, and separate bedroom and bathroom. Everything is tastefully furnished. Supermarket and restaurants are a short walk away. Just be aware that one can hear planes approaching the airport.

I think the property was cute and decorated nicely. I appreciated the extra furnishings like paper plates, beach towels, and extra toiletry items in the bathroom. Gabby was very friendly but what kept me from giving 5 stars was the plumbing work in the driveway. We had no idea it was happening until we were within an hour of arriving. This meant the driveway back to the casita was blocked off and to get to and from we had to walk through the weeds to get to our car parked out in front of another building. The plumbers also left glass beer bottles and their stuff against our car. Gabby said the work would be done the next day but it wasn’t finished until the night before we left. It was nice to be able to finally pull the car up and park at the casita for loading our luggage in the rainy weather. The casita was very charming and comfortable, but the driveway/plumbing issues were not anticipated or easy to deal with. The checkout and wifi details were clear on magnets on the fridge, but we would have also liked maybe a little folder with information about restaurants/attractions nearby. Gabby have a verbal recommendation but physical information is helpful. Overall a good stay so I give it 4 stars.
