Pack your bags for a luxurious island getaway at Under the Tuscan Sun, a Mediterranean-inspired home with a beautiful backyard, private pool, lounge area, and propane grill. This three-bedroom and three-bathroom retreat is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and is just a few blocks from the dreamy Gulf of Mexico beaches, and shopping and dining are easily accessible via a short walk or the Island's free trolley.
On the main living floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with Tuscan-inspired tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar for two. Enjoy formal meals at the indoor or outdoor dining tables on the balcony and take advantage of the Florida weather. There is a sunken living room with two large sofas and a TV.
Walk up the stairs to the primary bedroom, with a lovely coastal flare and a fabulous private balcony with wicker seating and great views. The primary bedroom has a claw foot tub, a step-in shower stall, a bidet, and two pedestal sinks. The second bedroom is light and airy with a TV and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is perfect for younger guests, with two sets of bunk beds, and shares the hall bath with two pedestal sinks and a tub. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available, and the living room sofa turns into a sleeper sofa.
The Island is meant for getting out and exploring, whether by bike, golf cart, or even the complimentary AMI Trolley that will pick you up at various spots around the 7-mile Island. Fish with locals at the Rod-n-Reel, kayak, or paddle board the turquoise waters, eat fresh seafood from the neighboring gourmet restaurants, and soak up the Florida Sunshine. PARKING: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. *1 parking space available in garage.

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

The property was beautiful. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. There were several lovely outside seating areas. The only disappointment was the pool. It was stated the pool is heated however, it did not feel very warm. The beach and a few restaurants were within walking distance. We rented a golf cart to explore the rest of the island.

Overall excellent experience. Josh was extremely responsive with all communication. A few points that may help other families. There's lots of stairs! 4 steps down to the living room and 4 steps down to an upstairs bedroom. The bathroom for one of the upstairs bedrooms with the stairs is up those stairs. If you are in the 2nd floor bedroom, you need to climb 4 steps to use the bathroom. I point this out as we travelled w/ 80 year old parents & these stairs were tough & steep. The kitchen could use some more silverware as we ran out of forks after each meal and there's only 1 small spoon. The pool is shaded in the afternoon. On a hot day that's perfect, but if you're going in February w/ potential cold nights as we had, the pool heater isn't enough to keep the pool comfortable for an afternoon/evening swim. Otherwise the house was very clean, close to the beach and Publix and we had a very enjoyable time. We did rent beach chairs from our golf cart rental company as the chairs provided were very low to the ground. We brought a shelter that broke down to fit in our suitcase (Amazon) which was very helpful on the hot days. Overall, wonderful memories were made!

Pots and bowls were terrible.. there were stairs withot banisters. Thec pool never heated up. There were no rails to hold onto to get in and out of the pool. The pool got dirty and the pool guy didn’t come until we were leaving. The Rental agency was attentive. Wexwould definitely not ren t this house again
