The unit was well stocked. The kitchen was updated with nice appliances. The kids enjoyed the bay beach and being able to walk to the corner store to get donuts in the morning. Sunset Island is a great family friendly community.

Property was as described, in great condition, very clean.
Location perfect. But communication with property management over some minor issues was very difficult took 5 days to change a ceiling light above staircase leading to top flor which was very dark at night.

This property was everything we needed! It was well kept for the most part, clean, and a great location for our family needs. Can't wait to come again!
