Bright and spacious, designed completely for you to enjoy, it has been fitted with all the essentials for your trip, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - one an en-suite, a fully equipped and stocked kitchen with a solid wood dining table, high speed WiFi, smart TV, an areothermic heating / cooling system as well as a ceiling fan, that will regulate temperatures to your desired levels.
The private terrace is ready for you to enjoy Valencias 300 days of sun a year and outdoor living lifestyle, with a dining table perfect for alfresco breakfasts or dinners, and a cosy lounge area with solar lighting creating the perfect ambiance for relaxing after a day exploring the city.
The entire apartment is on ground level and so is perfect for those with reduced mobility.
You will be in a quiet, residential neighbourhood with an abundance of amenities less than a 5 minute walk; supermarket, local market, well connected transport including bus stops & metro stations, as well as city bike stations, and an abundance of fabulous restaurants and bars.
