Vincent is absolutely an AMAZING host! Immediate response to any request/contact that you may have. Highly recommend this house and host (as he has several properties).

This property was very clean and as described. Our only complaint was the house was warmer than we liked, even with the AC running at 73, we had the ceiling fan and two other fans running in the master bedroom and it still felt like the air wasn't moving. For some people this may not be an issue, but we do generally keep our house cooler at night. We did have to reach out to the owner to get the check in information about 3 hours before we got there. Once I messaged they did respond with all of the information, we didn't have any problems once we arrived.

Very clean and comfortable home. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable with all of the basic necessities. The bathrooms had enough toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and body wash and the kitchen had everything needed to cook a basic meal. We really enjoyed spending time in the pool area. It was the perfect getaway for us after spending a long winter in the upper Midwest. The neighborhood is quiet with stores and restaurants within close driving distance. We love visiting Southwest Florida and highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

Very nice stay thanks for opening your house for our honeymoon. Did alot of exploring pool and hot tub were fantastic. Hope to make it back again
