Great procedures. Clean, rooms as described. The games, pool table, and arcade went over well. But the best was the giant bean bag that my kid loved to play on.
One clarification: the second bedroom is a game room on first floor, and the bed is a pullout couch, not a true bed.
Lovely area secluded from town but not totally isolated. Quiet!!!
So great to have washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc.
Roof leaked on primary bed during and after a heavy storm. I reported it. Did not notice during sleep, so no big deal.
Sometimes I had trouble getting calls, texts, and emails to send/receive from property.
Would stay here again!

After a bumpy first night (wifi wasn’t working when we arrived - so no phone, cable, or internet), the property managers were able to fix the problem the next day. Also fixed two minor issues (dirty hot tub, missing cue ball) quickly and satisfactorily.

My wife and I had a wonderful time. The property was perfect. Would definitely recommend putting this property on your short list if you are going to the Smoky Mountains.
