The property was as described and is in an area we enjoyed. Stayed for a volleyball tournament at the Salt Palace and was convenient to that but with a car. The house was clean and well appointed. The single car garage is tight as advertised, but was nice to have available. Would stay here again. Also, The Early Owl restaurant right next door was an amazing place for breakfast with a unique and beautiful selection of dishes. All in all a great place to stay and we had a great time in Salt Lake City

garage attached to property, a little tricky to find at first but nbd. fit one big car easily, parked the other one streetside. spacious multistory condo (or townhome, idk, not a real estate person) with a kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms plus bathrooms (three i think). great location, 5-15min from anything downtown and 30-45min from cottonwood canyon skiing. plentiful food nearby even on christmas eve.

Newer property. Great for our needs. But some homeless issues in neighborhood. Property did feel safe. Walking around property was a little sketchy.
