The Space:

Ocean Terrace is located within Laguna Key, a gated beachfront and lagoon-front community at the west end of West Beach in Gulf Shores. The home sits one tier back from the Gulf, offering partial views of both the Gulf and Little Lagoon, along with access to a range of community amenities designed for family-focused stays.



This six-bedroom home accommodates up to sixteen guests and is arranged to support both group gatherings and privacy. The main level includes the living area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, a powder bathroom, and a primary bedroom with a king bed and private deck access. The open layout allows for easy flow between the kitchen, dining, and living spaces.



The upper level includes five additional bedrooms and a secondary living area. Sleeping arrangements include two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, one bedroom with two twin beds, and one bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds. A living area upstairs provides additional seating and includes a queen sleeper sofa.



Outdoor space includes a private pool located behind the home, offering a place to unwind after time at the beach. Guests also have access to Laguna Key community amenities, including a community pool, tennis courts, a basketball goal, a Gulf-side pavilion, and a pier on Little Lagoon.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the home, private pool, and Laguna Key community amenities. Beach access is provided exclusively via the community boardwalk located near the center of the neighborhood across from the community pool. All beachfront lots within Laguna Key are private property, including undeveloped lots, and may not be used for beach access.



The Neighborhood:

Laguna Key is a gated beach front and lagoon front community at the very end of West Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores.  The beach is to the south, the lagoon is to the north, and the Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge is to the west. It is situated in a quiet part of the beach, but is only a quick drive away from all the restaurants, festivals, and activities of Gulf Shores - it is just under 6 miles down the beach from The Hangout. The amenities of Laguna Key make it a perfect destination for family and friend vacations - beach boardwalk with gazebo, pool with bathrooms, tennis courts, pier onto the lagoon with gazebo, and quiet private interior streets behind the gated entrance.



Ocean Terrace is the third house on the right when entering the community on Dolphin Drive. Park in the back. The house is a very short walk to the community pool and beach access.



Getting Around:

Laguna Key is the gated community at the end of West Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores. Approach Gulf Shores on Highway 59. When the road ends at The Hangout, turn right onto West Beach Boulevard. Laguna Key is 6 miles down West Beach Boulevard. Once inside the neighborhood, Ocean Terrace is the 3rd house on the right. Park in the back.



Other Things to Note:

Laguna Key is a residential community with full-time residents. The homeowners association has established guidelines to ensure a respectful and comfortable environment for all. These guidelines will be provided after booking and must be followed throughout the stay.



Important community rules include:



Parking: Street parking is not permitted. Guests may park up to four vehicles in the driveway and two vehicles in the garage, for a maximum of six vehicles. Boats, trailers, RVs, and similar vehicles are not allowed in the community.



Amenity use: Only registered guests may use Laguna Key amenities, including the pool, lagoon pier, and beach access.



Age requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and at least one guest age 25 or older must be present at the property for the duration of the stay.



Noise: Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Outdoor parties and loud music are not permitted.



This home includes stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. There is no elevator.



House rules apply throughout the stay to ensure compliance with HOA requirements and local regulations.
