Nestled in the charming SeaTac area, our home offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort. With the airport rail station just a short distance away and the airport only 7 minutes from your door. Downtown Seattle is just 20-25 minutes away, and the largest mall in Washington State is only 5 minutes from your doorstep, offering plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options right at your fingertips.
The space
This recently remodeled home boasts a modern design and is fully equipped with matching stainless steel premium appliances. It’s stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The spacious living room includes a dining area, a smart 75” TV, and a centralized speaker system, with speakers in every room (including both bathrooms). Enjoy free Netflix and local TV during your downtime.
The home offers three well-appointed bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds. All beds feature memory foam mattresses and premium hotel-grade sheets for your ultimate comfort.
The two bathrooms are both stylishly modern—one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub—and feature hot and cold handle bidets for added convenience.
Step outside onto the spacious deck, where you can take in breathtaking views of Mount Rainier, enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets, and fire up the gas grill for a BBQ.
Guest access
Enjoy a seamless self-check-in with our smart touchpad lock. You’ll have full access to the house, including amenities like a washer and dryer, up to two parking spaces on the right side of the driveway, and free street parking.
Other things to note
Please note that while we do not live on the property, we are always just a message away if you need anything. A family member occupies the basement, which has a separate entrance for privacy. Additionally, kindly park on the right side of the driveway to ensure proper access.
For the comfort and privacy of all, only guests listed in the booking are permitted on the property.
Additionally, parties and events are strictly prohibited.
Additional requests
Please load any dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start the cycle before you leave. Please remove any perishable food from the fridge, freezer, and cupboards. Dispose of any expired or leftover food in the bins provided.. Check each room to make sure you haven't left any of your belongings behind

This is a lovely place to stay. Really well-equipped, clean, comfy beds, great view from the deck and close to the airport (without being noisy). It’s just over a mile walk to the Link Light Rail system to get to downtown and it’s in a nice neighbourhood. We would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

It’s been an awesome experience. Koki is one of the best host. Always available just a msg away and don’t mind going the extra mile to make guests comfortable. Not to mention picture perfect views…

The house is in a perfect location to visit Seattle & surrounding areas. Very close to many places to eat.

We were happy with our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms were modern and clean. The photos showcase the house as pictured. There was plenty of space for my family of 5.We only stayed two nights, so we didn’t use the kitchen much. Some of the pots felt a bit worn for making a full meal. The Kurig was fully stocked making morning coffee easy and relaxing. The kitchen bar area was comfortable to eat at. The vinyl floors were modern looking. The hallway at a bit of a “swifter” residue, so we kept our shoes on the main areas, The carpets in the bedrooms felt almost brand new-very clean. Both bathrooms were clean. There were a few towels that felt brand new and fluffy, a few others with small amounts of staining visible. We didn’t feel the place was dirty, just a note if someone is particular about their linens.
