Masseria Benistà is a historic fortified farmhouse set in the countryside near Ostuni, just a short distance from the Adriatic coast. Surrounded by open land and Mediterranean vegetation, the setting feels quiet and protected, with a strong sense of privacy.

Carefully restored, the masseria preserves the character of its original architecture while introducing modern comforts in a discreet way. Stone walls, generous proportions, and simple interiors create spaces that feel grounded and authentic.

With accommodation for up to six guests, Masseria Benistà offers an intimate scale that suits small families or groups of friends. The house feels personal and contained, encouraging a slower pace and shared time together.

Masseria Benistà is a place to step back from excess and enjoy Puglia in a more measured, thoughtful way.

Space:

Masseria Benistà is arranged over multiple levels, with indoor and outdoor spaces designed to feel connected and easy to live in.

The ground floor hosts the main living areas, filled with natural light. A spacious sitting room, a relaxed dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen form the heart of the house. On this level, the master bedroom includes a private bathroom with shower.

The first floor offers a quieter living area, a double bedroom with access to a private terrace, and a twin bedroom that can be arranged as needed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom located on the upper level, featuring a bathtub and an outdoor rooftop shower, designed for open-air bathing under the sky.

Outdoor terraces and garden areas surround the masseria, offering places to sit, rest, and enjoy the landscape throughout the day.
