~ Do not litter around the neighborhood.
~ Third party booking must be disclosed explicitly.
~ For any violation listed in our additional house rules, we may charge a fee ranging from $300-$1000 depending on our cost or losses.

~ We call all of our guests as part of our verification process given that we had multiple issues in the past relating to guests that aren`t who they say they are.
~ No calls means no check-in.

The location for the house was perfect, and it was decent size for two adults and two teens. Our only complaint was that there were not dressers or shelving in any of the bedrooms, and only a couple hangers in one closet, so we had to live out of our suitcases. The back yard was large, and the kids liked the games in the garage. The location was the best part of the house, we could walk to shops, coffee, smoothies, food and the beach. Host was also very responsive and had good communication. And there was a driveway for parking which is rare in this area!

We loved the location. Having the park in space was nice. No need to find street parking. The street is busy but if you love the option of popping out the front door and grabbing coffee, dinner or a pizza to take back this location is perfect!! Or skip across the street and rent bikes for a bike ride along the ocean. While staying here be sure to grab coffee and Aldar and Sage and enjoy dinner along 4th street.

Monica is a great host and the house is awesome. Easy walk to the beach and downtown. Highly recommend staying here.
