This bright and spacious three-bedroom townhouse is ideally located in the beachside complex of Mijas Playa Club, just 100 metres from the sandy beach and within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants in La Cala de Mijas. The gated complex offers a communal swimming pool, and the property includes free WiFi and air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms. Street parking is available.
Arranged over three levels, the townhouse features an open-plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, with access to a south-facing terrace perfect for outdoor dining, plus a second rear terrace and a guest WC.
The first floor offers three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with king-size bed, en suite bathroom and private terrace, a second king-size bedroom with terrace, and a third bedroom with three single beds. A shared shower room serves the remaining bedrooms.
The property also benefits from a spacious roof terrace with all-day sun, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean climate.

Had a lovely stay. The house was perfect, a little outdated but didn’t affect our stay.

Location is incredible. Property has everything and is well layed out.The only negative would be that 'some' fixtures and fittings are showing their age. Particularly the bathrooms. The shower in the main bedroom / en suite has no seal at the bottom of the shower screen, so is not practical to use. Some easy-fixes.

We have stayed here before, and will again. It is very comfortable, well situated in a great urbanisation very near the sea and all amenities, shops, restaurant, taxis, church, bars.
Ideal, and though the property is slightly tired, it's not that relevant.
