This cozy studio offers a long, comfortable layout with a welcoming living space and Smart TV for lounging. A small bathroom, convenient kitchenette, and in-unit laundry make longer stays easy, while the outdoor patio is perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Ideal for couples seeking a quiet coastal escape.
PLEASE NOTE: The studio sits beneath a larger vacation rental, and some noise may be heard when guests are present above.

The Chosen Guest Experience & Exclusive Perks

The Chosen Beach Collection is a handpicked group of our more seasoned coastal homes — a little older, a little more lived-in, and full of character. What they may lack in modern polish, they more than make up for in location and soul: these are our closest homes to the sand, built for salty hair, sandy feet, and slow mornings by the water. Expect a relaxed, well-loved beach-house feel rather than a pristine, high-end finish — a few honest signs of age and wear are simply part of the charm. If you're after an easygoing coastal escape with genuine character (at a friendlier price point), you've found your collection.

What to expect: These are older, well-loved homes with plenty of character and some natural wear that comes with age and time by the coast. They're comfortable, clean, and cared for — just don't expect the polished, high-end finish of our luxury and wellness homes. Come for the location, the laid-back beach-house feel, and the value.

Still every bit a Chosen stay: Booking a Beach Collection home doesn't mean missing out. Guests still enjoy the full wellness benefits available across our entire portfolio, plus a small welcome gift on arrival, thoughtfully chosen and unique to each home.
