Great ocean & pool views with southern exposure. Morning coffee on the patio while looking at the ocean. Steps from the beach. Beautiful sunrises and moonrises right from the patio. Remodeled in January 2020.
You can see the pool, hot tub and grilling area from the balcony/patio of the condo. Very convenient and easy access to the beach. There is also another indoor/outdoor pool (heated) and hot tub at the clubhouse which you have access to. Access to all property amenities, including beach rentals, bike rentals, ping pong table, shuffleboard, basketball court and pickleball court.

Everything about this condo was great. Ocean and pool views. Private pool access. Condo was neat and clean. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. One of the nicest places we have stayed in and will definitely come back. We had a great time.

Wish the outdoor pool near our condo would have been heated too. It was too cold for anyone to use. We were very comfortable in our condo. It had a beautiful view. It was not exactly what we expected from the online listing.

The property was in good shape. Clean and well kept. The maintenance crew take good care of the grounds.
