Riverfront property with great view of the river from cottage deck or the gazebo. Access to the river with a shared kayak ramp for fishing, kayaking or other watersports. Close to the Kinzua Dam and other sight.
seeing spots. Great areas close by for hiking, biking, lots of sightseeing. Wolf Marina on Kinzua Dam rent pontoon boats, Allegheny Outfitters rent kayaks and canoes. Allegheny National forest has lots of state game land for hunting. If you are bringing a riverboat a flat bottom with a jet motor is recommended. We also have free WIFI.
Cottage has well water.
we just added a 4 person inflatable hot tub. use at your own risk. please do not have any glass or sharp objects around the hot tub. children under 18 must be supervised by an adult. the hot tub will be open from June till last weekend in September.

Tbh we didn’t stay at the house much as we were there to fish…. But… the house is very comfortable and clean. Nice beds, comfortable sofas, air conditioning was good, bathroom spacious. The outdoor property is great with nice views over the river. The private launch was great for us. We put our fishing kayaks In at the back yard and floated down about 13 miles to about Tidoutte. Walmart and other spots are only 10-15 min away… great spot I’d come back again.

This place didn't disappoint. The river view and fishing under the canopy was fun for all with room to relax and swim as well. We had some rain, but was still able to enjoy the fresh air with the covered deck. Rooms were nice and we had everything we needed to make the stay a nice relaxing experience. If we are ever back that way, I would definitely book again.

Very nice, good layout and very clean.great back yard and large deck. The views were awesome, they have a small pavilion with swings, right on the river. And mountains on both sides. Definitely will come back again.
