GEM at Barefoot Bungalows
Welcome to “GEM” at Barefoot Bungalows, located in the heart of Siesta Key. What truly sets this property apart is the location — you’re just steps from Beach Access #2 and #3 and only two blocks from Siesta Key Village. Guests can walk everywhere — beach, dining, nightlife — *no car needed*
This is a second-floor, 2-bedroom, 1-bath villa occupying the entire upper level of this classic 1945 triplex. It offers that “Old Florida” beach cottage charm that’s increasingly rare on the island, especially at this price point. Stairs less to 2. nd floor
Inside the Unit
The layout is efficient and comfortable:
King bed in the primary bedroom private balcony
Queen bed in the second bedroom
Full bathroom with shower/tub combination
Open living area with TV and WiFi
Fully stocked kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and Keurig
The private balcony is a standout feature. It gives guests true outdoor space — ideal for morning coffee before walking the beach.
Whether you're here for a relaxing beach escape, a romantic getaway, or an extended winter stay, Siesta Key offers the perfect blend of laid-back island charm and vibrant coastal energy.

This is our 4th time staying in GEM. It is the ideal spot with walking proximity to the beach and the village. So many places are large for several people and this is always great for our family of 3. Lisa is an amazing communicator and responds extremely quick with any questions or needs. Location has onsite laundry available (just bring your own detergent) which is great for doing laundry part way through the trip. Highly recommend!

Lisa was a lovely host, our check in went well. Everything was as described, with cute little added touches throughout. We had everything we needed and more to be able to enjoy our stay!
