Located just an 8-minute drive from Vail Village, this condo provides convenient access to the best of Vail. The Timber Falls complex boasts a seasonal pool with scenic views of Gore Creek, as well as tennis and pickleball courts for summer enjoyment. Guests can also enjoy the hot tub located within the building—perfect for relaxing after a day of mountain adventures.
*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.
THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

All was great, we enjoyed our stay to the unit! Clean, warm with what we needed available. It would be nice if one could find some cooking basics like sugar for example. Salt and pepperwas available and we much appreciated it.There were plenty of other things such as soap for the dishwasher and washer. Thank you for a nice stay

Very clean and looks to be newly updated. Hard to find the building #’s initially. Great proximity to the bus stop. No check out instructions from SkyRun. Wish we had access to the wood burning fire place. Overall great, we’d come back.
