Older home but very clean and neat in appearance, great spot to beach access.

Very clean and a great location. There are so many beautiful state parks in the area. We did a lot of hiking. We also enjoyed the Jacksonville zoo which had its Chinese lanterns lit in the evening. Everything we used worked well. The only negative was the size and layout of the 3rd bedroom. The screened rear porch was a wonderful place to watch birds while we enjoyed our morning coffee. Thanks for the great communication and your hospitality.

The house was super cute and has a cottage feel. It was within walking distance of beach access.

The house was very nice and the location was great. The only drawback about the house was the third bedroom, too small for the trundle bed and mattress was bad. The house itself was super clean!
