Lovely property. Good bed/bath set up. Nice location close to the north bay. Pictures greatly exaggerate the size of the space. The front patio is very small in comparison to the photo. The same is true for the kitchen/living room.

Reviewer Comments:
We love this home, stayed for a month in September. We have rented several homes on the island In the past 10 years and this is the best! It definitely meets our goals. Close to the Bay, nice layout, newly remodeled, and the nice neighbors were a bonus! We especially enjoyed the air-conditioning because we had a week with 90 degree weather.

We have been renting this house for over 12 years. We have been vacationing with our family for 42 years in Balboa. From our first years on Agate, Ruby, then Diamond! We as a family have so much fun together, especially in this Diamond house. We loved it again this year! Thank you Abrams!
