In winter, you can use the Schmieder Alm cross-country ski trail to Lavazze or drive to the Obereggen ski area (28 minutes by car). The Petersberg ski lift is 15 minutes by car from the apartment.



Parking is available on the property. Dogs are allowed for an extra fee. A washing machine is available to guests upon request and for an extra fee.
