This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is just steps from the sparkling Gulf waters in the heart of Indian Shores. Offering peek-a-boo ocean views and flexible sleeping arrangements, this is the perfect beach retreat for families or groups looking for comfort, space, and an unbeatable location. Recently updated, this spacious condo features a modern kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and generous prep space, along with open living and dining areas designed for comfort and gathering. Thoughtfully updated mattresses throughout ensure a restful night’s sleep after a day at the beach. Located in one of the area’s most desirable beachfront communities, guests enjoy private beach access and resort-style amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, umbrellas, gas grills, and convenient elevator access for easy beach days.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, twin daybed, walk-in closet, cable TV, private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and balcony access, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed, bunk bed, and smart TV—perfect for families or groups. A full hall bathroom with shower/tub combo adds convenience, and the living room features plush leather recliners, cable TV, and sliding glass door access to the private balcony with peek a boo ocean views.

• Parking: 1 assigned space + limited guest parking (first come)
• No pets allowed
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: Located on Level 2 (stairs or elevator from garage)
• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted
• Fireplace not available for use
July 4th Week Notice:
The association may require wristbands for amenities. A maximum of 6 wristbands will be issued. Guests exceeding this limit may not have access to facilities.

We enjoyed are stay the condo was so nice and we had the best time. I highly recommend this VRBO it’s perfect!

Enjoyed our stay. We were in 1205 with a view of the bird sanctuary from our balcony. Not a good view of the ocean. Lichen was fully stocked with utensils. Mixer, cake pans, lots of bowls, glasses, plates and serving dishes. The only thing missing was a spatula.Master bedroom switches did not work which controlled the fan and light. Refrigerator ice maker didn’t work.We would highly recommend the location. Very easy to access pool and beach. If you’re looking for a beach with shells the location is perfect. Plenty of beach towels. Bedrooms were good sized as well as the showers. Full sized washer dryer. Pool and jacuzzi were great additions to having the direct access to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Cottages. Nice spacious unit had plenty of beds and a great living area with comfortable seating for all. We found with our balcony overlooking the Sea Bird sanctuary it was interesting but also a bit noisy and smelly at times. It is definitely a peekaboo view of the gulf from the condo, you need to head to the pool or beach for sunset viewing. We were disappointed on arrival finding the dishwasher was not working. We reported it and Hello Sunshine was very quick to respond, but no replacement for our 2 week stay.
