This recently updated 1960`s single family one level ranch style house has an L-shape design allowing for multiple areas of enjoyment. With fast WIFI you can work in the office area while others nap or watch their favorite shows/movies on the 65` LG Smart TV while relaxing in the reclining sofas and come together for a full course meal in the full eat-in kitchen. After a long day, gather on the back patio for a barbecue, enjoy a relaxing bath in the soaking tub and cuddle up next to the wood pellet stove or hang out around the fire pit.

The speed limit is 30mph on a main road through town so it may take a little more time to pull in and out of the driveway. Armstrong Park & Castaway Bay pool is 1.4 miles from the house. Biking is very convenient with biking lanes available on this road and throughout Lafayette & West Lafayette. Lafayette earned honorable mention by League of American Bicyclists in 2019. Public transportation is very convenient with 3 bus stops within 500 feet of the house. Lyft/Uber available and private driveway for off street parking as well as street parking.
