The unit is located near the road side of the complex, so you may hear some traffic at times.
Parking passes are $50 each (subject to change by the HOA). One pass is included with your reservation; a second may be purchased if needed (two passes max).
*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties.
Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

We found this location with one goal in mind, close to the beach. What we got was so much better. This was a very nice place and the family enjoyed a nice location to call home for our week. The house was clean and organized with beach amenities available for free. The property management team was quick to respond to questions and to keep us informed as we got closer to the trip. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

This is a great property! It did exactly what we needed and made travel to and from the beach and other Orange Beach and Gulf Shores eateries and entertainment. We will definitely be staying here again

We loved our week long stay! We came to play softball, but we also had a great time at the beach. The walk to the beach and pool was easy. We had plenty of room for our family inside and outside. If we make it back to the area, we will definitely stay again!
