For boaters, first-come, first-serve boat slips and trailer parking along Ole River are available. The property’s prime location puts you steps away from the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Parking passes are required for this complex and are purchased on-site. Trailer parking is available for guests with boats.

• Intermittent balcony closures during balcony work. Furniture will be inside of the unit when this happens.
• Adherence to safety barriers and signage around the property.

The condo was clean. This condo doesn’t have a great beach view from the balcony because of the sand dunes, but I enjoyed being in the ground floor so I didn’t have to lug everything up and down the elevator. The host was helpful. And the location was great.

This place is Wonderful!! The condo is Beautiful the location is amazing and the communication is impeccable!! Hands down i would give it 1000 Stars! We will definitely being staying here again!

This condo is a ground floor unit so you are beachfront but you don’t have much of a view. Overall it’s a ok condo in need of some updates the living room furniture it’s dated and wore out. The guest bedroom has broken vertical blinds and no curtains so the room get light at dawn and the living room blinds are in the same shape so you have no privacy and the sun shines in the master bedroom which makes it difficult to sleep. If they replaced the blinds with black out curtains in both rooms and replaced the living room furniture it would be a much nicer unit.
