Come enjoy this peaceful and centrally located place at China town Calgary. It’s on 7th floor.This place is only walking distance from downtown. This apartment is located very close to Government of Canada building and it’s only few steps from river view. Lots of restaurants around, superstore, many shopping centres and public library and more. You will be able to find any place you love to visit. Our place is clean and contains the basic needs.

I stayed here while attending a conference at the Hyatt downtown. Easy 10 minute walk to the hotel and many downtown restaurants and shops. Safe, quiet neighbourhood. Beautiful river view. Unit was very clean. Not fancy, but has a comfortable bed and couch and lovely coffee table and desk. Very quiet building. Easy check-in. Only one thing I would have liked as a woman travelling alone was a safety chain on the door, but that might not be an issue for everyone. Gary responded very quickly to every question I had and is a courteous and helpful host. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Overall good option to stay in Calgary, river front and walking around is great. some issue with noise, which I dealt with using earplugs. Some appliances are somewhat old but working well, host is very good communicator, would stay again for sure!

Great location. Some stains on the carpet and couch. Overall cleanliness of the apartment was ok. The elevator and hallway was semi clean.
