Summary:
Newly renovated with superb front and back decked entertaining areas won't disappoint. A relaxing stroll along Eaglerock Parade to the beach or lighthouse, with easy access to the general store, cafes and A La Grecque a mere stone's throw away. WIFI included.
The Space:
The Gully (Steps) beach is a 300m walk. Aireys lighthouse is a 1km walk. All of this without crossing the Great Ocean Road. Ground floor hosts all three bedrooms all of which include ceiling fans and panel heaters, with the main bedroom equipped with a renovated ensuite, as well as new main bathroom also downstairs that is sure to impress. Upstairs is you'll find the open plan airconditioned kitchen/dining/meals area with two stunning outdoor entertaining areas one facing West and the other East, allowing you to follow the sun all day long. Access to either deck is via double stacker sliding doors allowing you to bring the outside in on those glorious Surf Coast days.
++The backyard will not be landscaped in time for the Dec 2024/Jan 2025 period.
****Linen is not supplied, there are doonas and pillows, all other linen is BYO including towels, bed sheets etc. Linen can be hired via the agency if you wish.

**All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 24 hours of booking may result in automatic cancellation.
**Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

Amazing location, most incredible beaches and walks at your doorstep. As well as a short walk to shops and A La Greque (= incredible) The house is a little tired but in a funny way, that was a good thing, it helped us to relax quickly. We really had a wonderful chilled out time. Thank you.

The property is very comfy and clean . Trust me you’re not gonna get bored to stay here because there’s so many board games to play with your friends or families .

House was close to beach and shops and had plenty of space. Liked the view from the upstairs deck and there was plenty of kitchen wares so cooking was easy.
There was only space heaters so got a bit cold at night and there is no wifi.

A short stay down at the beach made most enjoyable by well laid out house, comfy bed, good shower, and fab original artworks.
Great location to walk everywhere: to beach for boogie board, to the general store, restaurants or pub, or along the cliff top at the end of the day
