This luxury 5 bedroom villa features a stunning view of the sea , is walking distance to the beach and comes equipped with a private pool, large patio and roof garden to lounge and relax for your comfort & convenience.
It is situated at the center of Protaras, only 250 meters from the famous Fig Tree Bay beach, the main shops, restaurants, bars and clubs of Protaras.
The modern villa is characterized by 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
1st Floor
Master Bedroom with double bed and en suite shower room
2nd bedroom with twin beds and en suite shower room
3rd bedroom with twin beds
4th bedroom with twin beds
5th bedroom with twin beds and en suite shower room ( Basement )
There is a family shower room on the first floor and on the ground floor you will also find guest WC.
On entering the villa you will find an open plan living area, dining area and kitchen. The living area open to modern and comfortable sofas where you can relax and enjoying a movie. The dining area consisting of a dining table seats eight people. The modern fully equipped kitchen features granite worktops with built in oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils.
The outside areas of the stunning Villa is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the famous Mediterranean sunshine.
Numerous sun loungers with towels surrounding the private 8x4 swimming pool, that can be heated (extra charges apply) during the colder months and a unique outside dining.

The villa was perfect for us, 9 adults and 1 baby! Everything you need and all top quality. The location is ideal, 2 minute walk to shops and great restaurants and beach only 5minutes walk. Pool, rooftop, bedrooms, kitchen, everything perfect. Best sleep we’ve had, beds were so comfortable! We had no problems at all during our stay and saw Kyriakos a few times around the complex just for a friendly chat. He arranged our return minibus to airport (€100) when we had paid €150 for the same journey to the villa ! Cannot wait to return in the future.Thank you Kyriakos’
