The house was located off a quite street. The yard in the back was a bonus as most rental homes on the lake do not have this amenity. We put the boys in the basement and the adults upstairs. My suggestion is to swap out the twin beds upstairs with the queen in the basement. The kitchen had what we needed and all the appliances worked well. We parked two boats on the dock and could have easily placed a third. It is a short drive to Alton and an equally quick boating trip to Wolfeboro. We will definitely look to renting this home again.

The house was very spacious and the location was perfect. The U Dock accommodated 3 boats at one point. The best part was the host. Very responsive and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend. Thanks Paul.

Great week long stay! Perfect spot on Lake W and close to downtown Alton Bay. Furniture could use updating and mothball smell was potent to keep pests away. Otherwise, we strongly recommend booking. Great fishing!

Pros: beautiful views, lots of room to spread out inside and outside, safe docks for a boat, and lots of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Lots of parking spaces. Cons: most surfaces in kitchen were not clean, I spent most of our first day scrubbing kitchen and bathroom surfaces. Not what I expected from an expensive property with high cleaning fees. Many stone stairs to climb. I would not recommend for elderly or toddlers. Only paper products provided were toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. The renters following my family are lucky! I would recommend this home only to adults and families with older children.
