Welcome to “The Escape” at 30A Townhomes in Seagrove, our 3 Bedroom - 2 Bathroom townhome.
LOCATION:
Situated right at the heart of Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach. Just 1/2 a mile from public beach access, and steps from the beautiful Eastern Lake, this family-friendly community serves as the perfect jumping-off point for any beach, bike, or lake day. This home comes with private off-road parking and a community pool.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
This cozy coastal retreat comes with four beach cruisers and a grill. The interior is adorned with beautiful hardwood flooring and upscale finishes throughout. At the end of the first-floor hallway, you'll enter the generously-sized master bedroom, complete with an en suite and walk-in closet. The Master bedroom also offers access to outdoor seating on the private patio.
As you make your way up to the second floor, bedrooms two and three offer a queen and a single-over-full bunk - plentiful sleeping arrangements for family and friends. Each bedroom comes complete with its own Smart TV and private closet space. The second-floor bathroom features a fully enclosed shower and vanity area.
Turning the corner from the bedrooms and the home opens into a large, fully-equipped kitchen complete with premium stainless steel appliances and granite counter space with four breakfast bar stools. The open-plan living/dining area offers a sizable communal area, with table seating for 6 people and comfortable living room seating. Double-door access to the covered balcony allows plenty of natural light into the home and offers the perfect spot to sit outside and unwind after a long day at the beach.
AMENITIES:
Our condo is outfitted with solid furnishings to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The home provides a complimentary six-seater golf cart*, four beach cruisers, beach gear, towels (excluding beach towels), fresh linens, cutlery, and cooking utensils. You will find everything you need in the home to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter supply of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities:

NOTE:
Primary guest must be 25 or older.
Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.
This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any and all direct consequential damages.
Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposed fines on guests found to be doing so.
Only persons over the age of 21 that have signed the golf cart liability waiver are permitted to operate the home's golf cart.
*The golf cart is included as a complimentary amenity for your enjoyment. While we inspect it regularly and do our best to keep it in working order, occasional issues can occur. For this reason, refunds or discounts are not provided if a golf cart is unavailable during your stay.

The space was wonderful to stay at. The space was clean, very kid friendly and great for family’s with young children. We were delightfully surprised to find the baby gate at the top of the stairs along with a high chair. The place didn’t have the stuff that draws small curious minds and has you always rushing to redirect. We loved driving the cart around. It made going to the beach so much easier. All the expectations were clear and easy to do.We would highly recommend staying there to anyone with young children and look forward to our next opportunity to stay.

Everything went very smooth. Nice area and location to beach and Seaside square. I will tell you that the master bed is broken. If you sit at the bottom of the mattress and left corner you sink. I almost fell down. Just an FYI.Thanks!

The townhome was clean and nicely decorated. The king size master bed was soooo comfortable and the master en-suite was huge. I liked the layout of the house. Everything we needed for an all day stay at the beach was supplied. Plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, and small cooler were all provided. We drove the golf cart to Deer Lake State Park, approximately 1.5 miles away, and stayed all day several times during our stay. There was a 3 admission fee to the park but well worth it. The park is very clean and well maintained with staff on the premises. There is closer beach access but we really liked the state park and the golf cart made it easy. We also enjoyed the bicycles, we did have to walk a mile to the service station to put air in the tires but we needed the exercise (lol) and we rode them several times to the local shops. Depressed we had to leave and would definitely return to this home to stay again.
