Great location with easy access to squares, restaurants, cafes etc. A great 5 star place. However, the mattress was not the most comfortable and the clothes washing machine was out of service. Fortunately we were only there 3 days and just washed clothes at our next destination.

We highly recommend this Venice gem! Very communicative host, easy check-in, spacious (4 potential sleeping spaces!), clean, centrally located, extra pillows/blankets - truly a wonderful place. Our only issues arose during some confusion with check-out (ie, where to bring trash: bring to the barge!) and the washer being broken (we specifically chose this Vrbo for its washer amenity, so that was unfortunate). Overall, though, we would return!

The place was full of character. The beds were comfy. Unfortunately, the washing machine was not working and the area surrounding the tub is in need of some repair. It was exceptionally rainy while we were there and would have loved to have a storage option for our bags prior to or after our checkout.

The property was clean and in a perfect location to see all of Venice on foot or by the Vaporetto. Very close to the Rialto Market and St. Mark’s Square. Communication with the host was clear and concise. Fantastic trip for me and my wife.
