A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
We just finished construction on this home in 2024 with the vacation traveler in mind. Tucked away in the Sanders Beach area of Coeur d'Alene, it provides a great location for any traveler wanting to enjoy downtown amenities while soaking in nature.
The home is 2,986 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have King sized beds while one room has two sets of bunkbeds that also have trendle beds underneath. There are enough beds to sleep 12 people comfortably.
The downstairs den can sit a large group while also close enough to the dining room and kitchen to enjoy conversations.
The upstairs living room is a perfect get away from the rest of the house to enjoy games, TV or enjoy a full-sized shuffleboard.
We hope you enjoy the porch that wraps around 3/4 of the house. In-between the porch and the garage, you can find our firepit with easy controls to use. The firepit area and the driveway are heated so if you're traveling during the winter month's rest assure you will have a melted area to use as well as the garage itself.
Our goal is to make you surprised on how well the kitchen is stocked for any occasion.
The location is close to Sander's Beach, Tubbs Hill, downtown and the park. There are a couple bikes if you wish to make a longer venture down the old highway to eagle watch.
There are to be no events booked for this home. This includes, but not limited to, bachelor/bachelorette parties, weddings, wedding reception, 21st birthdays, or any other event that involves a gathering where drinking is involved.

Really great house for our family of 10. Two nice living spaces for people to relax in. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The house was very clean. Host was very efficient in communicating. The location was a great central launching point for all of our adventures. We loved roasting s’mores on the patio. We are sensitive to fragrances, and most of the soap was unscented or very lightly scented except for the laundry detergent - it’s highly scented. So the sheets & towels were over powering for us - but we brought our own detergent and gave them a wash and it was fine. We’d book this house again if we come back to CDA.

We had a great time in this clean, well located home. Ryan, the property manager, was very responsive. We definitely would stay there again.
