12 of us stayed here for our family vacation April 12-16, 2026,The home was clean, inviting, just lovely, we had wonderful views of the ocean from the open living room and master sweet and the decks.We all really appreciated the elevator for luggage carrying and for those who had hard time with the stairs.The pool was clean and great to cool off in on the hot days. And the hottub was clean and great to relax in at the end of the evening. And on a couple of days when it was cool out. Everyone enjoyed their room,with comfortable bed and own bathroom &TV in everyroom for winding down at the end of the evening in your own space. Which was important for us all. The guys fished almost everyday while we were there and caught some whoppers everyday. We enjoyed the fenced yard for kids and the separate area for the dog. And we enjoyed the outdoor games.We enjoyed the easy connection to surround sound for music listening while cooking and having meals and easy wifi connection. We had split our trip into 2 different house's this year and we all wished we would have stayed here the whole vacation. Dont want to have a negative because we all enjoyed our stay, but there was one and only one thing we wished for and that was a walkway over the dunes. One of our sons had to clear a path for us and it was still a bit difficult for some of us. But all in all each one of us enjoyed our stay in this house.We will be keeping this house and company in our list for future stays.

We are rating this property 4 out of 5 stars.The house is only a few months old, built with good materials and nice finishes and furniture. Overall, it is a comfortable place to stay with beautiful ocean views and great sunrises. We were able to rest very well and would recommend it.However, during our 5-day stay, there were repair crews working on the property sometimes during 3 days. The first-floor garage doors were not functioning, so we were unable to use the first level. None of the bedrooms have closets or furniture to store or hang clothes, and the master bedroom balcony door does not have a curtain.Because the house is located near coastal vegetation, there were many mosquitoes despite cooler temperatures (around 50–60F), so insect repellent is necessary.We were not able to use the pool because it was very cold (approximately 60F) and does not have a heater. We only used the jacuzzi, which has a great view in the second floor. The host is very good. For these reasons, we are giving it 4 out of 5 stars.

When we arrived doors were open and left unlocked with garage door left open. The pool was full of sand and bugs. We disnt find a net to clean bugs every time. Stuff was left in fridge and freezer.
