Surrounded by a scenic mountain landscape, the balcony features a gas grill and Adirondack chairs. From this vantage point, you'll also have a perfect view of the town of Grand Lake's fireworks displays over the lake, which occur twice a year!

- Please be aware that a Stage 2 Fire Ban is currently in effect for the area. To ensure the safety of the community and prevent wildfire threats, no open fires or outdoor smoking are permitted on the property
