Costabravaforrent Balcó 7 is a cozy apartment built in 2005, in the third floor, with exterior aspects and plenty of sun, in a three-floor building. The apartment size is 110 m² shared in two floors for up to 6 people. It consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
On the ground floor is the hallway, a double bedroom with two single beds, a complete bathroom with shower, kitchen, a suite with a complete bathroom with bath and access to the terrace and the dining room and the living room with access to the terrace.
The kitchen is bright, functional and perfectly equipped.
On the first floor there is an open room with double bed and access to the solarium.

First of all we’re very satisfied with Costa Brava For Rent. Cristina and Oscar are professional, friendly and very helpful! The apartment is spacious and is good located. The furnishing is functional and solid. We family of 4 people enjoyed our stay immensely and love to come back next year!

A stunning apartment in a perfect location. The apartment kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook at home. The roof top terrace had sun all day and wonderful views over the port and beyond. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. The good size supermarket and bakery are a short stroll away, with reasonable prices. There are beaches within walking distance and if you need to go a little further there is a 'choo choo train' running all day to bring you to Sant Marti and best beaches (15 minutes) or to Mongo bay the other direction (15 minutes). We walked back. Riells beach is a 3 minute walk, or, you could simply lie by the beautiful pool. We are so glad we did not go to the expense of hiring a car. Cristina was so helpful and a joy to deal with. What a beautiful place to live. Thank you Cristina, we hope to return very soon.
