A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Come make yourself at home in our beautiful 2 Bedrooms/ 1 Bath Yellow Cottage. Conveniently located : 1.4 miles from I-40 and 1.7 miles from I-27, 2 miles from downtown, and 2 miles from Route 66.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, a prep Island, fully loaded to prepare dinner. A formal dinning room with a table for six.
The Smart tv on living room has Disney plus and Hulu.
Located in Bivins Neighborhood, only 1.8 miles from Route 66. Route 66 is a one mile of antiques, boutiques, galleries, restaurants, and bars.
Only 1.3 miles from downtown Amarillo, shopping, Civic Center, Hodgetown and many restaurants
Your Family will love to relax in the shaded backyard , dinning table, and patio furniture.
In the back It's another VRBO Yellow Studio (1 bed/1bath+ garage), separated and gated, that you can rent upon request and availability.
The Driveway located on front side of the house is reserved for the Yellow Cottage Home guests.
Great area to go for a walk/or jogging . My favorite route : Start on 12th st(across st of the house) walk around the little park (about one block from the house) and along S Julian Blvd.
Another nearby Park is Ellwood park 0.9 miles from the house.
This property is for transient temporary stays only, and guests may not establish residency at any time.

This was our second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much as we did the first time it is extremely clean. It’s well stocked. The yard is absolutely beautiful. The owner is very very communicative and very willing to meet our needs. I would recommend this place to anybody I love the location. Hope to stay here again

Charming house with everything you might need during your stay.

Cleanliness especially in the bathroom and tub. The regulator on the propane fire pit couldn’t use it.
